If you hadn't noticed, the WebPage has undergone a re-vamping due to the efforts of mstar, resin, coffee, and some free time to geek out.
The pictures were uploaded from a cablemodem at Segue's apartment, on "The Ave" in Seattle, and the content was designed at the warehouse previously known as the "Dirty Feet Warehouse". Mad shouts to both!
In Portland, the Perqod pays a visit to Baalem, the previous owner at his house in Portland. Boy was he in for a shock!
Some pictures taken of the light pollution of Portland seen from the porch. And of their shed, complete with Crown Bus.
In return for letting us stay there, we decided to help Baalem fix his computer... ..but it was no use.
And we made it to Free Geek, Portland's finest computer recycling center. Not as big as the ACCRC in Berkeley, but still very fun, and nice posters! And afterwards, we hightail it to Seattle, to try and make it to this huge party happening in honor of the Harmonic Concordance
So we got to the party, bringing 20 pounds of raw chocolate to exchange for admission. But they people at the door weren't having it. So we decided to replicate the hand stamp using an ordinary green Sharpie.
And it worked! We partied all night long until the sun came up.. These are pictures of the moonset from the roof of Segue's Apartment.
Kevin's cat Zelda in action.
`O' Dog - we met you on the street and gave your owner some chocolate.
The House of Science. Amazing science surplus store! A must visit in the Seattle area! We had much fun playing around and looking at all the interesting technology. Kevin, the owner was very nice and patient with our antics and was willing to talk and hang out.
Gasworks Park - at night. The first one is the money shot. yeah!
A bunch of pictures taken of downtown seattle from the waterfront near Gasworks park.
After the park, we took an impromptu tour of The Kalakala..
..it was the first and only streamlined ferry...
...and was the symbol of seattle before the Space Needle..
Its been sitting for a long time, and is quite old and rusty..
But much character still remains of this wonderful ship...
And were glad to have an opportunity to visit her...
..and explore the more intimate depths.
Until next time kids.. and remember: Don't stick your face in 50lbs of dumpster dived coffee
